SMITHFIELD BOROUGH HAS AWARDED JIM COLLINS SERVICES, LLC A FIVE-YEAR CONTRACT FOR ALL RESIDENTIAL REFUSE COLLECTION.

ALL OF SMITHFIELD BOROUGH WILL BE COLLECTED ON THURSDAY.
Recycling will be collected on the fourth FRIDAY of every month.

Billing information

​As per contract, Smithfield Borough residents will be billed on a quarterly basis of $45.00 ($15.00 per month). Payments are due upon receipt. Your bill will be considered late and is subject to additional fees and/or additional collection charges if no payment is made within 30 days. A 15% late payment fee will be assessed on delinquent bills.

• Walk-in payments: Payments are able to be made at our office. Checks, money order, credit/debit card and cash are all acceptable forms of walk-in payment. Do NOT pay workers on route. 
• Over the phone payments: Account payments are accepted over the phone by calling our main office at (724)-425-9749. Please have credit/debit card readily available. Processing fees may apply.
• Online payments: If you would like to pay your bill online, and set up automatic and recurring payments, please visit  www.TrashBilling.com. Additional charges may apply.
  • On your bill: You will find a customer ID on your bill. This is your Log-In ID number for your account
  • Once logged in, you are able to view your account, set up one-time or automatic recurring payments, and manage your payment method
