billing information

Dunbar Township residents will be billed on a quarterly basis of $54.00 ($18.00 per month). Payments are due upon receipt.  Bill must be paid in full to receive collection stickers. Service will not be rendered without payment or sticker. Please place the sticker where it is visible to our drivers. If your sticker is not clearly visible, JCS reserves the right to leave trash behind.

STARTING JANUARY 2025: CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS OVER $100.00 WILL BE CHARGED A 3.0% SURCHARGE, WHICH DOES NOT EXCEED OUR COST OF PROCESSING.

​For the convenience of our customers, payments can also be made the following ways:

• Walk-in payments: Payments are able to be made at our office. Checks, money order, credit/debit card and cash are all acceptable forms of walk-in payment. Do NOT pay workers on route. 
• Over the phone payments: Account payments are accepted over the phone by calling our main office at (724)-425-9749. Please have credit/debit card readily available. Processing fees may apply.
• Online payments: If you would like to pay your bill online, and set up automatic and recurring payments, please visit  www.TrashBilling.com. Additional charges may apply.
  • On your bill: You will find a customer ID on your bill. This is your Log-In ID number for your account
  • Once logged in, you are able to view your account, set up one-time or automatic recurring payments, and manage your payment method
